Your Responsibilities
• Oversee the tendering cycle for rolling stock projects, from developing RFPs to setting evaluation criteria.
• Ensure technical documentation, including schematics and validation protocols, is comprehensive.
• Evaluate technical bids based on compliance, methodologies, and bidder performance.
• Conduct pre-bid meetings to address technical ambiguities.
• Perform continuous technical risk assessments and mitigation planning.
• Integrate innovative technologies to streamline the tender process.
• Communicate technical requirements clearly with international stakeholders across Europe, the USA, Africa, and the Middle East.
Your Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; however, hands-on experience in public tenders, bid management, and financial modeling is paramount.
• Robust skills in data analytics (advanced MS Excel skills), risk management, and technical concept writing; newcomers with acute engineering and analytical acumen are encouraged.
• Proficiency with contemporary project management tools, financial modeling platforms, and a deep understanding of maintenance and infrastructure principles are essential.
• Prior experience in rolling stock, infrastructure, or akin projects bolsters your application.
• Known for meticulous attention to detail and unwavering excellence, even when faced with challenges.
• A forward-leaning mindset enriched by a keen interest in technological advancements.
• Command over the English language is obligatory; fluency in German offers an advantage.
