Your Responsibilities
• Spearheaded the creation and management of technical documentation for our cutting-edge railway projects.
• Foster essential collaborations with experts, engineers, and stakeholders to guarantee technical content accuracy.
• Translate intricate technical data into straightforward, audience-tailored content.
• Uphold and elevate our documentation to surpass industry and regulatory standards.
• Adapt and update documents to reflect the latest in technical designs and processes.
• Undertake deep research to ensure our content remains at the forefront and relevant.
• Analyze engineering blueprints and specifications, bridging complex technical details with clarity.
• Standardize document templates and stylistic guidelines for consistent excellence.
• Actively participate in team discussions, providing expertise on documentation nuances.
• Collaborate with quality teams to set and meet exceptional documentation standards.
• Engage dynamically with our global clientele, refining our RAM/LCC strategies and maintenance approaches.
Your Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Technical Communication, or a related field.
• Relevant experience as a Engineer for Technical Documentation in railway or heavy industries.
• Comprehensive knowledge of rail systems, components, and technical terminology.
• Proficiency in utilizing advanced documentation tools and software, including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and content management systems.
• Familiarity with technical writing methodologies, industry standards, best practices, and verbal and written communication skills tailored for technical content.
• Detail-oriented with the capacity to handle multiple technical tasks in a dynamic setting.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a technical environment with proven precision and a commitment to quality.
• Experience in managing tight technical project timelines and high-pressure scenarios.
• Technologically adept, with a proactive approach towards innovation and continuous learning.
• Fluent in English for technical documentation; German proficiency is a plus.
